Collection of Your Personal Information

PairGap may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and, to the extent such comments include personally identifiable information, comments you make to forums and blogs available on the Site. If you purchase PairGap’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete purchase transactions. PairGap may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age, gender, race and income. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future. PairGap’s servers automatically record information sent by your browser or created by your use of PairGap Services, regardless of whether you are an account holder or a visitor. Thus, information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by PairGap. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the Site and Services, to maintain quality of the Services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the PairGap Site.

In some cases, we collect information about where you are located, such as by converting your IP address into a rough geolocation. We may use location information to improve and personalize our Services for you.
When you send email or other communication to PairGap, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our Services.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or Services on the Site.

If you register or log on to the Site through Facebook, you may have to provide us with your username so that your identity can be authenticated by your Facebook account. When the authentication is complete, we’ll be able to link your PairGap account with your Facebook account and access certain personal information, including your name, email address, profile picture, gender, user ID, list of friends, and any other information that you have made publicly available on Facebook. We don’t receive or store passwords for your Facebook account. PairGap has no responsibility or liability for third-party privacy policies or the actions of any third party with respect to your personal information.

Third-party advertisers may serve you ads when you access the Site. Some of these companies may use information about your visits to PairGap and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you.
